Your People Do Work a Computer Should
People shouldn't be doing robot work.
Process
01 · Discovery
We get to know your company from the inside. What you do, what you offer, what makes your business tick. Without this, everything else is guesswork.02 · Diagnosis
We map your processes: how things actually work, not how they should. We pinpoint which ones slow you down the most and where change would deliver the biggest impact.03 · Strategy
Together we design what can be digitalized, what can be automated, and to what extent. No castles in the air, just a realistic plan tailored to your company.04 · Prototype
We build an interactive demo so you can experience the new way of working firsthand. Less burden, more time, less stress. For real, not just on paper.05 · Feedback
You click through the demo and tell us what works, what doesn't, what's missing. Open discussion, no formalities. This is where the solution gets refined.06 · Delivery
We agree on terms, shake hands, and get to work. Development, testing, go-live, then a long-term partnership where we continuously improve the system. One morning you'll sit down at your desk and realize there's no fire to extinguish. Not because you went bankrupt, but because you went digital.

Results
Construction & Facility Management
The paper trail that never ends
40+ hrs saved / month
We built a digital workflow where documents are created, signed, and filed automatically. Nothing gets lost, nothing waits for a scan. The paper trail became a digital trail that runs itself.
Field Service & Maintenance
The job nobody can track
Zero status calls per week
We built a single dashboard that tracks every job from order to completion. Status updates happen automatically as work progresses. Clients get updates without anyone picking up the phone.
Waste Management
The office that runs on one person's memory
Zero bottleneck people
We turned one person's know-how into a system everyone can use. Pricing rules, client data, deadlines, all in one place, accessible to the whole team. The business runs even when key people are out.

Frequently asked
How much do I need to invest?
It depends on the scope. We price per project, not per hour. After a free initial consultation, you'll get a proposal with no surprises.
How long does a typical project take?
Most projects go from first call to production in 4–8 weeks. We move fast because we use modern tooling, keep scope tight, and skip the bureaucracy.
What if it doesn't work for us?
You'll see a working prototype before any commitment. If it doesn't solve your problem, you don't pay for the build. We'd rather walk away than deliver something that doesn't help.
Do we own the result?
Yes, 100%. Everything we build is yours: source code, documentation, infrastructure. No vendor lock-in, no recurring license fees for what we've built.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Absolutely. Most of our work involves integrating with tools our clients already use: accounting systems, CRMs, internal databases, spreadsheets. We adapt to your setup, not the other way around.
What happens after launch?
We don't disappear. Every project includes a support period, and most clients stay with us long-term. We monitor, iterate, and improve the system as your business grows.
